Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if:

The product is damaged during delivery.

The product has manufacturing defects.
Return Request
Customers should contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide:

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or used food products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.

COD refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another agreed method.

Processing may take 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal value, subject to availability.
SM Tasty Foods reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet this policy.
